Pathera is a digital platform offering travel planning, AI-powered recommendations, map and routing services, location-based features, user interactions, events, messaging (DM), and premium subscription services.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pathera.

If the laws of your country prescribe a higher minimum age, that higher age limit shall apply.

Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the platform.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Creation and Security

Users may register using email/password, a Google account, or an Apple account.

Users are solely responsible for account security.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you are obliged to take the necessary measures to protect your account.

Pathera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

• Suspicious or fake accounts
• Spam or abuse
• Behavior that threatens platform security
• Violation of community guidelines

4. Services and Location Features

Pathera may offer the following features:

• Travel planning
• Map and routing services
• Location-based recommendations
• Live location sharing
• AI-powered travel recommendations
• User profiles
• Photo and content sharing
• Direct messaging (DM)
• Event creation and participation
• Premium subscription features

Location features operate only with user consent and may be controlled through device settings.

Location accuracy may vary depending on the device, internet connection, and third-party map services. Pathera is not responsible for errors arising from these technical limitations.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Pathera may use AI-powered travel planning and recommendation systems.

AI outputs:

• Are provided for informational and recommendation purposes only
• Do not constitute a guarantee of absolute accuracy

Pathera does not guarantee the accuracy of information from third-party or AI sources, including but not limited to flight information, prices, transportation, weather, visa processes, or venue details.

Users should independently verify information before making important decisions.

6. User Content and License

Users may share photos, comments, plans, profile information, and event content.

The user represents that shared content belongs to them or that they hold the necessary rights.

With respect to user content:

• Ownership remains with the user
• The user grants Pathera a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license solely to operate the service

Pathera reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines.

7. Direct Messaging and User Interactions

Pathera may allow users to exchange messages.

All communications between users are at their own risk and responsibility.

Pathera may not be held legally liable for:

• Disputes between users
• Fraud attempts
• Harassment or malicious conduct
• Outcomes of off-platform communications

Users may report suspicious behavior through in-app reporting systems.

8. Events and In-Person Meetings

Pathera may allow users to create events and interact with other users.

Communications initiated on the platform may lead to in-person meetings.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Their own safety
• Meeting and travel decisions
• Interactions with other users

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathera is not liable for in-person meetings between users or any consequences arising therefrom.

9. Premium Subscription

Pathera may offer certain features under a premium subscription.

Subscriptions:

• May be monthly or annual
• May renew automatically
• Are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

Payment and cancellation are managed through the relevant app store.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct:

• Creating fake accounts
• Sending spam
• Harassing other users
• Using malicious software
• Compromising platform security
• Reverse engineering
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities

In case of violation, Pathera may suspend or permanently close the account.

11. Account Termination

Pathera may suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Creating a security risk
• Suspected fraud or abuse

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

After deletion, certain limited data may be retained where required by law or for security purposes.

12. Third-Party Services

Pathera may use third-party infrastructure providers to deliver its services. These may include:

• Cloud database and authentication services
• Map and location service providers
• Analytics and performance tools

Pathera is not responsible for outages or data errors occurring on these third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property

Pathera’s brand name, logo, design, software, and all content belong to Pathera.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

Pathera services are provided “as is.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathera may not be held liable for:

• Technical errors
• Data loss
• Disputes between users
• AI or third-party information errors
• Travel and planning disruptions

15. Changes

Pathera may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Material changes will be notified to users through the application or website.
